START OF APPLICATION: May 4, 2026 (Monday), 8:00 AM

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Step 1: Proceed to the PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RESEARCH OFFICE (PETRO) of JRRMMC located at 5th floor, JRRMMC Main Building to submit hard copies of all the requirements listed below, on or before July 20, 2026 (Monday) at 5:00 PM (Please secure a receiving copy of the front / title page signed by receiving PETRO personnel):

Application fee: ₱ 150.00
1. Handwritten letter of application (handwriting must be legible) addressed to:

2. Two (2) passport size pictures (colored, on a white background)
3. One (1) photocopy of each of the following documents. Bring original documents for validation.
   A. Medical School Transcript of Records (TOR)
   B. Class ranking and General Weighted Average from college secretary/dean
   C. Certificate of Internship Training
   D. PRC Board Rating
   E. PRC Certificate/Diploma
   F. Service record of previous employment, if any
   G. Updated certification of good moral character from two (2) persons/officials of integrity
   H. Valid Basic Life Support Training Certificate
   I. Immunization Record
   J. Birth Certificate from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
   K. Completely filled up Personal Data Sheet (download at: https://jrrmmc.gov.ph/images/MTRO/02_applicants_pds.pdf);

Step 2: Completely fill up the JRRMMC Dermatology Residency Application Form:

Step 3: Email soft copies of the complete requirements listed in step 1 to: jrrmmc.derma.preres@gmail.com, with the following subject:
PRE-RESIDENCY APPLICATION_YEAR_Last Name, First Name, Middle Name
(Example: PRE-RESIDENCY APPLICATION_2027_Dela Cruz, Juan, Reyes);

Step 4: Once steps 1-3 are completed, proceed to Department of Dermatology, 2nd floor, Outpatient Department and look for Dr. Lyselle Desquitado (deputy chief resident) for courtesy call and processing of examination fee. Also present to Dr. Desquitado the following: 1.) Receiving copy of submitted requirements to PETRO (from Step 1), and 2.) Screenshot of filled-up dermatology residency application form (from Step 2); and

Step 5: Once step 4 is completed, applicant will be officially included in the list of examinees and will be added to the Viber group for details and announcements.
