It offers a 12-month program which provides comprehensive and integrated teaching in all aspects of procedural dermatology including advanced dermatologic procedures, Mohs micrographic surgery, laser surgery and aesthetic procedures.
The strength of the program lies in the advanced training of fellows through presentation of complex dermatologic surgical cases, emphasis on interdisciplinary interactions and collaborations, and application of technology driven innovations in patient care.

UPDATES ON RESIDENCY APPLICATION
Good day!
The entrance examination for the JRRMMC Dermatology Department will push through with the scheduled exam on SEPTEMBER 26, 2018 (Wednesday). Pending board takers may also take the first batch of exam. Board rating to follow.
In consideration for the graduates who will be taking the PLE on October 27-28, 2018, the department will give a second batch of entrance exam on October 30, 2018 (Tuesday). Filing of application requirements for the second batch will be until October 19, 2018.

Time: Registration at 7:30 am; Exam at exactly 9:00 am

It offers a 12-month program which provides comprehensive and integrated teaching in all aspects of procedural dermatology including advanced dermatologic procedures, Mohs Micrographic surgery, laser surgery and aesthetic procedures above all.
The strength of the program lies in the advanced training of fellows through presentation of complex dermatologic surgical cases, emphasis on interdisciplinary interactions and collaborations, and application of technology driven innovations in patient care.

Lex et Dermatologia
July 27, 2016 – JRRMMC Department of Dermatology hosted this month’s PDS CME activity in partnership with the Dermatologic Surgery core team, entitled Lex et Dermatologia, Law and Dermatology making sure dermatologist are aptly empowered in handling legal case. They talked about basic legal concepts valuable to the dermatology practice, hypothetical legal cases, in favor of and against dermatologists, so that practicing dermatologists can better prepare themselves, and hopefully avoid legal problems.

First Friday of 2016!
We welcome the first Friday of the year January 8, 2016 with the new conference room located above the DOH Botika and laboratory. Dr. Czarina Pineda opens the Friday conference by introducing one of our beloved alumni, Dr. Melanie Doria- Ruiz who gave a lecture on the scoring system for immunobullous diseases.
Dr. Ron Dagala and Dr. Eds Dipasupil-Sanchez then gave their Morbidity and Mortality reports.

PDS Quiz Bee 2013
Jose Reyes Department of Dermatology showed up in full-force to support our quiz bee candidates, Dr. Ma. Cricelda "Dang" Rescober and Dr. Hester Lim for the "PDS Quiz Bee Cup". The event was the right blend of fun, trivia, and education. Our candidates garnered the highest total number of points, and placed in the finals of the event. Congratulations!
